It all started with this sauce. Hot sauce connoisseurs that we are, we grew Bhut Jolokia ghost peppers with the intention of making a delicious hot sauce for people who loved extreme heat. In 2009, Tears of Hiroshima was first bottled and given to our friends as a test. As word spread and the demands came in, we quickly ran out. So, here we stand with this years release of Tears of Hiroshima. While we amped up the production a bit, this handcrafted batch is very limited. Once the sauce is gone for 2011, its gone. Tears of Hiroshima is made with true organic Bhut Jolokias from our small farm in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
